WHAT DOES PSI’S WARRANTY COVER?

PSI Suspensions provides a Lifetime Manufacturer Defect Warranty to the original purchaser of FULL AIR STRUT KITS WHEN A PROFESSIONAL SHOP INSTALLS! PSI Suspensions will cover any manufacturing defects throughout the lifetime of the air struts to the purchaser. This includes : bearings, bag rot, dampening failures.

WHAT DOES PSI’S WARRANTY NOT COVER?

PSI’s warranty does not apply to products that have been improperly applied/assembled or installed by somewhere/one other than a professional shop. PSI’s warranty will be voided if damage or failure is caused by accidents, poor handling, Improper install, & weather related issues. PSI’s warranty DOES NOT transfer to second hand buyers. If any part of the air struts are tampered with, PSI will void the warranty. PSI’s warranty DOES NOT cover any abrasion to the air bags by : wheels, aftermarket parts, improper install, etc.
